   Learn More About the Levels of Giving

BAE’s annual gala fundraiser is a beautiful event, supporting scholarships and educational opportunities for Pre-Professional Division students.

The 2020 Gala will celebrate BAE’s 40th anniversary. It will be held on Saturday, February 8th at Ailey. Invitations will go out in mid-December. Please consider donating an item or experience to the Auction.

Underwriting donations are tax-deductible and directly fund scholarships, performance and educational opportunities for the students of BAE. Examples of underwriting opportunities are costumes for a specific ballet, theater costs either for a night or for the run, lighting design, photographer, videographer, or licensing. Performance underwriting opportunities range from $2,000-$50,000.

Sponsors and underwriters are recognized in BAE performance programs, invitations, and event material. Please contact Julia Dubno concerning sponsorship and underwriting opportunities.

By joining with BAE, sponsors will have an extraordinary opportunity to support arts education as well as present their business to our diverse community.

Packages include prominent listing in event material, VIP tickets to performances, ad space in journals and programs, sponsor’s promotional materials displayed at the school and theater, and acknowledgement on the BAE website. Spring Journal

The Ballet Academy East Spring Journal is a treasured annual tradition where you can dedicate a page of acknowledgement and support to our students and faculty.

We will begin accepting acknowledgement page and ad page reservations for BAE 2020 Spring Journal in late February.

Dancers Corner

Dancers Corner is a monthly fundraiser that takes place at BAE during the school year. The parents and students of the Pre-Professional Division sell baked goods and other items in order to raise awareness, community spirit, and funds for the BAE annual performance season. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer to help with Dancers Corner.
