Support BAE Today

Ballet Academy East is dedicated to helping all children, regardless of financial circumstances, pursue their passion for dance. We prepare students for success in the dance world through comprehensive ballet training combined with professional-caliber performance opportunities.

Tax-deductible donations go directly toward scholarships and funding vital performing opportunities for the BAE Pre-Professional Division students.

There are a variety of ways individuals and corporations can help BAE foster the dreams of our dedicated young dancers and sustain our vision of nurturing and developing the artists of tomorrow.

Ways to Donate

The BAE Student Company looks forward to supporting our sponsors’ goals with customized programs designed to meet their individual objectives. By joining with BAE, sponsors will have an extraordinary opportunity to market their business to a diverse audience and support arts education in our community.

Packages include prominent listing in event material, VIP tickets to performances, ad space in journals and programs, sponsor’s promotional materials displayed at the school and theater, and acknowledgement on the BAE website. Corporate sponsorship opportunities begin at $10,000.

The annual gala is held at Ailey following the final Studio Showing performance on February 20th. This is a family event and the entire BAE community is invited. Our goal is to have all of the expenses related to the Gala Benefit underwritten so that the proceeds from the event can go directly towards the Studio Showing and Spring Performance. Underwriting opportunities are listed below. Gala underwriting opportunities range from $1,000-$10,000.

Party Venue, Catering, Décor, Photo Booth, Magician, Wine and Cocktails, Musical Entertainment, Parting Gifts

Underwriting donations are tax-deductible and directly fund the Winter Studio Showing and the Spring Performance. Examples of underwriting opportunities are costumes for a specific ballet, theater costs either for a night or for the run, lighting design, photographer, videographer, opening night teacher/choreographer gifts, or the spring cast party. Performance underwriting opportunities range from $2,000-$50,000.

Sponsors and underwriters are recognized in BAE performance programs, invitations, and event material. Please contact Julia Dubno or Katie Eletto concerning sponsorship and underwriting opportunities, 212-410-9140,,

All donations to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible. The proceeds go towards covering the expenses of the Studio Showing and the Spring Performance. The Annual Fund Drive kicks off on November 30th. Additional information will follow.
