Enrichment classes are for children ages 7 and up who wish to study ballet recreationally. No audition is required. Classes are 1 hour long.
Primary Division: Ages 6-7 entering First Grade. The syllabus is specifically designed to prepare students for the requirements of Level 1 within BAE’s Pre-Professional Division. Students develop strength, coordination and flexibility as well as basic ballet vocabulary. Musicality and joy of dance are emphasized throughout the class. No audition or previous experience required.
Enrichment Division: For ages 7-14. This program is designed for children who wish to further their love and appreciation of ballet within a warm and joyful environment. The Enrichment Division offers excellent training for students who wish to study ballet on a once weekly basis. No audition or previous experience required.

We are implementing a rotation schedule in order to safely allow parents and caregivers to watch classes from the hallway observation windows for Pre-Ballet and Primary classes held Monday-Thursday between the 3:00-4:30pm timeframe.
Of course staying and watching class is completely optional. You are more than welcome to drop your child off and shop, grab a snack, or take a stroll during class.

– When remaining at BAE to watch through the windows, only one grownup per child is permitted.
– We kindly ask that you avoid bringing siblings and strollers whenever possible.
– If the date for your child’s class is not listed on the rotation schedule, then it is a “drop-off/pick-up day” and we ask that you please not remain in the hallway during class.
Make-up Class Policy
Missed classes for holidays (except winter and spring break), illness, or any other reason may be made up by appointment with a maximum of 6 make-ups allowed for the school year. Make-up classes must be done by June 12, 2022 and cannot be transferred to a future session or to another student. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Make up appointments are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.
As of September 20, 2021, COVID-19 vaccinations will be required for everyone, 12 years of age or above, including students, faculty, pianists, and staff, as well as parents, caregivers and visitors planning to enter BAE. For more information please click here.
Face Masks and Health Protocols

Dressing Rooms and Bathrooms
Dressing rooms and bathrooms are available to a limited number of students at a time. We encourage students to arrive dressed for class.
Water Fountains are not available for use at this time. Please bring your own water bottle or utilize the on site vending machine.
